Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Requested for return within 15 days from the date of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@example.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

Refunds

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email. Orders are processed only after successful payment or confirmation for Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances. Antara is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
